Partners in energy Agreements with our partners in energy generally include one of more of the following terms to help further define the relationship between the participating organization and the Centre for Energy. Funding involves a project-specific or a multi-year funding commitment from the participating organization to the Centre for Energy for development of energy-related editorial content, marketing activities, educational resources or other Centre for Energy initiatives. Content relates to provision of statistical information, articles, news and commentary regarding all facets of the energy sector. The Centre for Energy portal offers numerous opportunities to host accurate, timely and relevant content about renewable and non-renewable energy sources and other energy-related information. Traffic refers to the establishment of reciprocal web site links between the participating organization and the Centre for Energy. Participating organizations can enhance their site by including the Centre for Energy banner, buttons or text links to centreforenergy.com content and resources. Marketing refers to engaging in mutually beneficial activities designed to promote energy-related information or educational resources, thereby raising the profile of each organization and the level of knowledge about one or more components of the Canadian energy sector. Distribution involves a contractual arrangement which allows the use of the Centre for Energy bookstore for the sales or promotion of energy-related publications or resources.
