Introduction

Published in March 2004 and updated in March 2007 by the Canadian Centre for Energy Information, Canada's Evolving Offshore Oil and Gas Industry focuses on East Coast offshore activity as well as developments in British Columbia and the Arctic. Prior to publication, content for the updated brochure was reviewed by nine experts representing industry, environmental and public interests.
